Our Mission Statement
We are an independent local charity serving the community living in EN1 EN2 and EN3 in the London Borough of Enfield. We support individuals, families and organisations in need with dignity and respect.
We have been able to continue our work for more than 500 years thanks to the generous gifts of Enfield benefactors and the granting of a Royal Charter giving us the right to run Enfield Market.

Apply for a grant
Should you find yourself facing hardships and some unexpected expenses or needing help with education and training, you can apply for one of our Personal or Education Grants. We also have Community Grants for local groups and charities that have a great idea that will benefit the people of the EN1 EN2 and EN3 in the London Borough of Enfield.
Legacies
Each year, thanks to the generous gifts of Enfield benefactors, The Old Enfield Charitable Trust administers around £250K in grants to those residing in the boundary of EN1 EN2 and EN3 in the London Borough of Enfield
