As Trust Manager and Financial Administrator, Bindya Amin ensures the seamless operation of the Trust in alignment with the decisions, policies, and guidelines set by the Trustees, while maintaining full compliance with Charity Commission regulations.
Bindya is responsible for overseeing the Trust’s daily operations, ensuring that all key clerical and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Her meticulous approach and dedication are instrumental in supporting the Trust’s mission and ongoing success.
Johanna McKinney
Community Grants & Almshouse Administrator in January 2025.
Johanna McKinney joined the Trust in January 2025 as the Personal, Community Grants & Almshouse Administrator. With her role focused on providing vital support and guidance to grant applicants and almshouse residents, Johanna ensures the smooth administration of community grants and oversees the day-to-day operations of the almshouses.
Her dedication to fostering community connections and ensuring individuals receive the help they need is at the heart of her work. Johanna brings a wealth of organisational expertise and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Accounts & Office Administrator
Poulomi Majumder joined the Trust in June 2023 as the Accounts & Office Administrator. In her role, Poulomi ensures the smooth handling of financial processes and provides essential administrative support to maintain the Trust’s day-to-day operations.
Her attention to detail and organisational skills play a key part in supporting the Trust’s mission and ensuring its work runs efficiently and effectively.
